True life is from Christ

John 17:3
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

The above bible verse is pointing us to the path of true life. This can only be obtained in the knowledge of God through Jesus Christ.

Men do think that knowledge, power, wealth, riches and the likes are what we should refer to as true life but the bible is telling us how we should view life.

Jeremiah 9:23 — 24 says:
Thus saith the Lord,
Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom,
neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:

But let him that glorieth glory in this,
that he understandeth and knoweth me,
that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth:
for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.

As much as wealth and the likes are good, they are only for us but when life and joy flows from us to others, then we are experiencing true life.

Let us live life according to God's words and it will be well with us in Jesus name.
