1 Corinthians 11:24
And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
1 Timothy 4:6
If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
The holy communion that Christians take serves Christians lots of things, among which repentance unto righteousness is part of.
The holy communion signifies the death and all what Christ went through during is death that you and I might be save.
Remember the things He went through on earth from the hands of men and even in hell that all of us might not go to hell.
Beloved, remember all these pains and try not to waste Christ's effort over your life.
Come home to Christ and never allow satan take hold of your life.
Repent if need be and the Lord's punishment will not go in vain over your life.
May our souls be renewed in Christ and may we enjoy all the blessings of the Lord all our days in Jesus name.
