Hebrews 12:16
Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
Our God wants us to be successful in life, that is why He has given us lots of heavenly inheritances that we might prosper.
But lust of the world in our eyes has made us sold lots of our inheritances for what would have been ours.
Adam and Eve sold rulership for fruit which they have excess.
Esau sold his birth right for red potage when he could have other food in the house.
Lots of us have sold and are still selling our inheritances for our selfish lust which could have been our's at the right time.
Let us repent of all these, and ask God for mercy.
I pray the Lord will strengthen us to walk away from lust and return all our lost glory in Jesus name.
