Simple signs of going back to the old man

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

The biblical verse above is a very common bible verse that lots of us know. I only want us to also look at it from another view.

Note that once we give our life to Christ, all old things will pass away but when old things start coming back, we are gradually going back to our old life (sin).

When you first became a Christian, you use to pray very well but now, you can't even pray like before again; old things are coming in.

As a new creature in Christ, you love to fast but now food and hunger are now in control of your body; the old man in coming in.

Do you remember how you use to preach and win souls for God?
All those things you use to do as a new creature in Christ are gradually becoming things of the old.

You are gradually going back into sin.

Pray today that Christ will win you back home.

I pray that we will not miss the glorious reward in heaven on judgment day in Jesus name.
