1 Corinthians 12:8
For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
Hebrews 1:9
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
Excellence is from God and not for lazy people but for those who are diligently working in righteousness.
For you and I to be better than others, it only takes one additional step above all others.
This means that we can not live a life of average. We must always work better than others at all times.
On the other hand, we need the spirit of God to excel.
Only those who obey Him will He bless with such spirit of excellence.
I pray that God will remove every hindrance to excellence in our lifes in Jesus name.
