Jn 6:66-67
66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?

Backsliding does not happen suddenly but in a gradual and progressive manner.
Little things we think do not matter might gradually take us away from the light of Christ and before we know it, we are far away from the light and fully engrossed in darkness.
Enjoying TV programmes, money making features more than heaven bounded things might be the beginning of a journey to hell.
We must be very careful of whatever we do that is not helping us grow closer to God.
Whatever takes our time that the result of it affects our love and time for God must be checked in our life before they control us.
Remember to flee all appearances of evil.
We will not walk away from Christ in Jesus name.
You know I love you and God loves you much more.
