Joy of The Lord.

Proverbs 15:13
A joyful heart makes a cheerful face, But when the heart is sad, the spirit is broken.

I do always think of happiness as a moment of rejoicing based on a physical thing that does not last forever.

While joy is a long lasting thing that has its source from the soul/spirit of God and is not based on physical things.

Let us also not that it is the joy of the lord that gives strength to overcome difficult situation in our life.

And also note that God renews the strength (joy) of those that wait on Him.

Man or physical things can only give happiness.

But God will grant joy to His own.

I pray that all that might has been bringing us sorrow, the joy of the Lord will replace them and fill our life's in Jesus name.
